At Apex Peptides, we are committed to delivering high-quality research products. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Research Use Notice

All products sold by Apex Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only.
Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of peptide products and sterility standards:

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • Products must remain unopened and in original condition to be considered for review.

For safety, quality control, and contamination prevention, most peptide products are considered final sale.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

  • A missing item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will review your case and provide a resolution where appropriate.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only in cases of:

  • Confirmed shipping damage

  • Verified fulfillment errors

  • Lost shipments (after courier investigation)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

  • Customers are responsible for incorrect shipping details entered during checkout.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Liability Limitation

Apex Peptides is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Mishandling of products

  • Use outside laboratory research purposes

  • Customer regulatory non-compliance
